2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Scopevix. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13–18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Post or transmit any content that is misleading, defamatory, harmful, or illegal
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliations
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation without prior written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, mine, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Upload malware, viruses, or any disruptive code

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Scopevix platform — including videos, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of Scopevix or its content partners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Mentor Content & Inquiries

Mentors on Scopevix are independent professionals. The opinions and advice provided by mentors are their own and do not constitute professional career, legal, financial, or psychological advice from Scopevix.

Scopevix does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any mentor's advice for your specific situation.

7. Subscription & Payments

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or where explicitly stated
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scopevix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or career opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Scopevix in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to our users, platform, or brand. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
